Survivorship

Living Beyond Cancer

Rehabilitation, a return to normalcy and transition to life after cancer following cancer treatment is one that can be accompanied by a whole new set of challenges and concerns. Your care team at the IU Simon Cancer Center will continue to support you and help you return to physical and emotional well-being.

Follow-up care and regular check-ups is important to insure that any changes in health are identified as soon as possible. This may include regular physical exams, imaging procedures and lab tests. Talk with your doctor about appropriate follow-up care for you.

Below are Web-based resources that may help support cancer survivors and their loved ones by providing information on key post-treatment topics, inspiring stories of survivorship and online support groups.
